Agency Assistant

Primary responsibility was to support the Studio Manager and CCO. Frequently managed and scheduled the day to day activities for the CCO. Primary line of communication between the office and managing staff members. Helped handle the 2017 auditing of the then named "The 88" sourcing hundreds of receipts from tens of companies from members of the managing staff including the CEO + CCO, CFO, and Head of HR. Oversaw and planned the inner office activities such as happy hours and office outings as well as events including annual holiday party and summer parties. Learned Pulse and Concur systems to instruct and aide the office in expense management. Trusted with sensitive company information and finances to input expenses for several members of the managing staff. Responsible for managing office purchases and keeping track of the budgets for food, events, travel, and miscellaneous supplies as well as handling the dispersion of checks. Also managed over interns duties that coincided with the office.

Corporate Trainer

Direct Salesperson still representing the company client Hello Fresh. Learning the HR interviewing process to begin building own team. Mentoring and teaching new Brand Ambassadors and Corporate Trainers marketing systems. Going on business road trips in order to spread product awareness and gain sales.

Brand Ambassador

Entry-level marketing position where I focused on learning basic marketing systems and sales in preparation for becoming a trainer. Worked as a direct salesperson for the company client, Hello Fresh.

Media Freelancer

Main priority was to help send out Press Kits for the 2015 year. Searched and vetted contacts for the Press Kit mailing list for the company. Manually put together the press kits to help send them out. 

Sales Associate

Worked as a Seasonal Sales Associate within the first brick & mortar Birchbox store. Helped maintain the presence of the store while also restocking inventory. Worked primarily in the BYOB (Build Your Own Birchbox) section to help boost the seasonal sales. Contributed to the daily store goals and gained valuable product knowledge in order to provide assistance and sell products.

Maintained company CMS content for directors on the Alldayeveryday site; uploading videos and social links.
